Church building
église Saint-Cœur-de-Marie
The Church of the Holy Heart of Mary was a Catholic church located in Concarneau. Started in 1912 on the plans of diocesan architect Charles Chaussepied and left unfinished, it was destroyed in 1994-1995. Only the (uncompleted) tower and the capitals remain. This building is the only one in Finistère to be Romano-Byzantine style and to be dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
