The Gallo-Roman theatre of Mandeure is a theatre building located on the territory of the French commune of Mandeure in the Doubs department of Franche-Comté. It dates from the first century, and is therefore contemporary of the Colosseum in Rome. It was discovered in 1819, searched in 1820 and then from 1946.

It is protected as historical monuments. It is the largest Gallo-Roman theatre in Gaul.
