Musée aéronautique et spatial Safran

The Safran Aeronautical and Space Museum is a private aeronautical museum located in Réau, in the agglomeration of Melun, France, which presents a collection of aircraft engines from the origins of aviation to the present day. These engines were produced by the various French motorists like Gnome and Rhône, Snecma today represented by the French group Safran. The latter is the creator and manager of the museum.

The main parts on display are piston engines, turbojets having propelled planes in the 20th century as well as rocket engines. All these machines were developed by companies from which the Safran group came.
