The Church of the Sacred Heart is a parish Catholic religious building located in Lourdes, France. It is dedicated to the Sacred Heart. It is located in the upper town, unlike the Notre-Dame de Lourdes shrine located near the Gave de Pau in the lower town.

It was built at the initiative of Abbé Dominique Peyramale, parish priest of Lourdes at the time of Apparitions. The site, which began in 1875, was completed in 1936 with the construction of the bell tower. The dominant architectural style is neo-Roman.
