About

Saint Lucian Church is a parish Catholic church located in Warluis, Oise, France. It combines a unique nave of the eleventh century, simple rectangular room, with an elegant Romanesque bell tower of the first third of the twelfth century, located south of the last span of the nave, and a transept and apse of the early seventeenth century. These eastern parts constitute a modest set of pure flamboyant Gothic style, in total contrast with the late Renaissance architecture that reigns during the period of construction.

In 1866 the nave was extended from a span to the west, and the building thus developed in length. It has a series of interesting 19th-century stained glass windows, as well as an early 16th-century glass window classified as a historical monument. Saint Lucian Church was listed as a historical monument by order of June 25, 1986, and is now affiliated with the parish "Sainte-Madeleine-en-Beauvais" in the Frédéric Ozanam pole of Beauvais-Sud.
