église Saint-Ouen de Therdonne
Saint-Ouen Church is a Catholic parish church located in Therdonne, Oise department, France. It is completely isolated from dwellings. Its unique vast nave, often repaired, dates back in part to the 11th century, as suggested by its apparatus of small cubic bellows recovered from Gallo-Roman buildings dismantled.
Its transept and choir, composed of a right span and a five-sided apse, is of flamboyant Gothic style, and dates from the first quarter of the 16th century. At the level of the former diocese of Beauvais, this complex of careful execution represents one of the most remarkable flamboyant achievements in the rural environment. The consecration of the two chapels in the crucifixes was delayed in 1556.
The bell tower, located to the south of the nave, near the southern crusillon, was built only between 1674 and 1676, and replaces a Romanesque bell tower victim of weather, whose style it imitates. The portal is classic. Saint-Ouen Church was classified as a historical monument by decree of 31 July 1913.
She is now affiliated with the parish of Saint-Louis de Bresles, and early Sunday Masses are celebrated irregularly.
