History: The chapel was built in the 15th century-XVIth century. Another source evokes the thirteenth century as the place of a first sanctuary. The nave and bell tower were rebuilt in the 16th century. A legend is behind the creation of the building. A statue of the Virgin was said to have been found there and to have found the site of her discovery although it had been moved to the village church. The place is the site of a pilgrimage from the sailors and deposit of ex-votos. The building was confiscated during the French Revolution but the family of January proceeded to its acquisition. The building is classified as historical monuments by order of 7 December 1943.

Description: The chapel is made of sandstone and flint. It has a single nave and a flat bedside. The cover is slate.
