Notre-Dame-Truvée Chapel is a religious building that was the object of pilgrimages, located in the commune of Pouilly-en-Auxois, France.
Location: The chapel is located on the territory of the commune of Pouilly-en-Auxois, in the department of Côte-d'Or, in the region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, in France. History: The current building is probably built from the 13th century on the basis of a pre-existing building. According to legend, the chapel owes its name to a statue of the Virgin which was miraculously found intact after a Norman raid. Until the 18th century, a relic called "milk of the Holy Virgin" (probably white dust from the "milk cave in Bethlehem") was also venerated in this chapel.
