Notre Dame Church is a Catholic church located in Montfort-le-Rotrou, a village in the commune of Montfort-le-Gesnois in the Sarthe region. It depends on the diocese of Le Mans. The entire building was listed as historic monuments on October 8, 2007.

History: The old church threatening ruin is demolished. The neo-Gothic church, begun on 1 March 1856 according to the plans of architect Tessier, is financed almost entirely by the chestnut of the place, the Marquis Aymard of Nicolaÿ, and completed in 1858. It was consecrated on September 28, 1858 under the name of Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée Conception.

The church is neo-Gothic and in a Latin cross plan. Its bell tower is 75 meters high above the Huisne. At the height of the foothills on the facade are the statues of Blessed Aymard de Cluny (patron of the benefactor of the church, the Marquis Aymard de Nicolaÿ, then mayor of Montfort) and Saint Adelaide (patrimony of the Marquis of Nicolaÿ), on either side of the window, with around the bell tower the four Evangelists.
