jardin des plantes d'Angers
The Angers Plant Garden is a botanical garden open to the public, located in the Saint-Serge district, in the centre of Angers. Formerly located beyond the ramparts, on the faubourg Saint-Samson, the Angers plant garden is the first botanical garden of the city in the early eighteenth century. It was redesigned by Édouard André at the beginning of the 20th century.
It is a wooded and flowery space on a space of 4 hectares. It consists of trails, waterfalls and statues. Wigs and suede no longer exist in the garden but there are ducks and swans.
