The Natural Science Museum of Angers is a municipal museum in the city of Angers (Maine-et-Loire). Devoted to natural history, the Angers Museum houses around 830,000 objects in its collections, including 3,000 naturalized birds, 150,000 shells, 150,000 fossils, 93,315 insects and 350,000 herbarium collections, as well as hundreds of naturalized or liquid specimens, skeletons, minerals, technical instruments and documents. The Museum welcomes over 30,000 visitors annually, as well as school groups, interns, researchers and volunteers.
