Notre Dame de l'Assumption Cathedral of Mata Utu is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in Mata Utu, Wallis and Futuna. It is the seat of the diocese of Wallis and Futuna. A first church was built in 1857-58, and a new building was built from 1859 to 1869.

Built in 1935, it was rebuilt from 1952 to 1959. It is home to the burial of the customary kings of Uvea.
