The Cathedral of Saint-Caprais d'Agen is a French Catholic cathedral located in the department of Lot-et-Garonne. Built in the 12th century, it is the seat of the diocese of Agen. Saint-Caprais Cathedral was listed as a historic monument in 1862.

Located on a pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the title "paths to Santiago de Compostela in France". The cathedral is part of the parish of Sainte-Foy, which also includes the churches of Sainte-Foy, Saint-Hilaire, Notre-Dame-du-Bourg, Saint-Phébade, Saint-Pierre-de-Gaillard, Saint-Paul, Sacré-Coeur, Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, and Saint-Jacques. This parish has been entrusted to the Saint-Martin community since 2020.
