The historical cellar of the Strasbourg hospices is a medieval wine cellar of 1,200 m2 from the 14th century, from the vineyards of Alsace, built between 1393 and 1395, in the compound of the civil hospital of Strasbourg, inscribed in historical monuments since 1929.
