The chapel Saint-Jean-Baptiste is located in the heart of old Toulouse, at no 7 rue Antonin-Mercié, near the museum of Augustins. It depended on the parish area of the church of Saint-Jérôme, but its canonical situation to evolve into a chapel, the chapely of Saint John the Baptist. It must not be confused with the church of the same name in the Seven Deniers district.
