About

The chapel Saint-Jean-Marie Vianney de Nice, also known as the chapel of Jean-Marie Vianney, parish priest of Ars-sur-Formans, is located in the heart of the popular district of Las Planas. It was built in June 1964, following the strong demographic expansion of the neighbourhood. It was born thanks to the impulse of the Capuchin Fathers of the Church of Saint Barthelomew, and of Bishop Jean Mouisset.

The chapel is a light construction in modern style, very sober both inside and outside. She doesn't own a bell tower.
