The Saulce Chapel, under the name of Notre-Dame-du-Saint-Saulce, is a chapel located in Island, France. With the nearby farm and a dry pond, it is the visible trace of a large templar commandory established in the 12th century and then hospital between the villages of Island and Tharosine.
