Château d'Apcher

The castle of Apcher, or of Apchier, is a feudal castle located in the commune of Prunières in Lozère (France). Former seat of the Barons then Marquis d'Apchier, one of the eight Baronies of the Gevaudan, it will be abandoned gradually from the seventeenth century. Today it is in ruins, only the dungeon being still whole.
