Château de Messei

Messei Castle is a former 11th century castle, now in ruins, whose remains stand on the territory of the French commune of Messei in the department of Orne, Normandy. The castle flanked by twelve towers had wide and deep moats, a drawbridge, a chapel, a prison and two dungeons, as well as a lower courtyard.
