château de Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte
The Château de Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte is a former castle of the 14th and 15th centuries, built on an earlier building of the late 10th or early 11th century on a motte, today owned by the commune, whose remains stand on the French commune of Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte in the department of Manche, in the Normandy region. The fortress was one of the great English squares of the Hundred Years War. The remains of the castle are classified as historical monuments.
