The Neubourg Castle (or Old Castle) is a medieval castle built around the year thousand that became a stronghold of the Duchy of Normandy in the Middle Ages; it is situated in the territory of the French commune of Neubourg in the department of Eure, Normandy. The capital of a seigneury belonging to the Beaumonts in the 12th century, then to the Meulan and the Vieux-Ponts in the 13th and 14th centuries, the castle is part of the political affairs and the Hundred Years War. The Old Castle of Neubourg is classified as historical monuments.
