The alignment of Bennefraye (or Bennefraie) is a megalithic alignment located in Vallons-de-l'Erdre (delegated commune of Freigné) in the department of Loire-Atlantique, Pays de la Loire, France.

Description: The alignment consists of six menhirs of white quartz extending about 450 m long and of a straightened stone, perhaps of natural origin, the alignment ending at the top of a hill that contains a natural chaos of blocks of the same nature but smaller. The site originally had more menhirs, but several of them were reused to build the base of the Pine Calvary. The alignment now consists of:

at the south-west end of a group of four menhirs (named A to D) aligned 9 m away; in the centre, two menhirs (named E and F), distant from each other by 6 m; At the northeast end, after an empty space of about 230 m where the menhirs were re-used, a potentially natural erect stone.
