Science museum
The Exploradôme is an interactive museum for raising awareness and disseminating scientific, technical and digital culture. During school, families are welcomed on Wednesdays and Saturdays (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for groups). During the school holidays of Zone C, the Museum is open every day (times on exploration.fr).
Founded in 1998 by Goéry Delacôt, and located since 2009 in Vitry-sur-Seine, Val-de-Marne, France. The museum offers a diverse catalogue of more than 50 open-access manipulators (interactive devices), which allow us to explore various scientific themes such as climate, energy, movement, optical illusions, and geometric structures. Each of these manipulations engages visitors directly, allowing them to discover science through experimentation and manipulation.
In addition to its permanent exhibition, the Exploradôme offers a catalogue of a dozen temporary and travelling exhibitions designed to travel throughout France. These exhibitions make it possible to reach a wider audience and to spread scientific culture...
