Park
Aurence I Park is a green space of Limoges, located on both sides of the river Aurence, which runs along the west of the city. It corresponds to the upstream part of the Aurento Park, the other section being called the Aurento Park II. The Parc de l'Aurence is divided precisely into two non-contiguous sections: the Parc de l'Aurence I, on its north upstream part, and the Parc de l'Aurence II, on the south downstream.
The Aurence I Park is located below the Louyat Cemetery (left bank) and the Mas-Gigou district (right bank), immediately downstream of the Moulin-Pinard Park, itself adjacent to the artificial lake of Uzurat. It includes a piece of water on the Aurento and houses some domestic animal species. It is separated from the Parc du Moulin Pinard by the railway line Poitiers-Limoges.
