The church of Saint-Pierre de Firminy is a Catholic church located in Firminy, Loire, France. It is commonly referred to as Le Corbusier Church, Corbusier Church or Corbusier Church. This church is a concrete building located in the town of Firminy.

Saint-Pierre church

This is one of the last projects of architect Le Corbusier. He designed it to be a church in the model town of Firminy Vert, wanted in 1953 by former mayor Eugène Claudius-Petit, who was Minister of Reconstruction and Town Planning. The construction of Saint-Pierre began in 1970, five years after Le Corbusier died.
