The Abattoirs, Museum - Frac Occitanie Toulouse is a cultural institution of modern and contemporary art located in Toulouse. It brings together both the "Musée de France" collections of modern and contemporary art of the city of Toulouse and those of the Fonds régional d'art contemporain of the former Midi-Pyrénées region, and thus shares the missions of these two types of structure. The Abattoirs are managed by a mixed union and installed in the preserved buildings of the former municipal slaughterhouses.
