The Saint Martin Basilica of Ainay is an ancient Romanesque abbey church (XII century) located in the district of Ainay on the peninsula of Lyon. It was elevated to the rank of basilica in 1905. The basilica is classified as historical monuments by the list of 1840. The central apse and apsidiole are the work of Hippolyte Flandrin (1855).
