About

The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a museum located in Nancy and dedicated to the artistic background of the Art Nouveau nancéien known as the École de Nancy. Set up in the former property of Eugene Corbin, the great patron of the movement, it was officially opened to the public, in its present form in 1964. In the museum's garden is an aquarium, classified as a historical monument, a door for the Émile Gallé factories and a funerary monument.

The exhibition collections consist of rooms in the Art Nouveau style (room, bathroom, office, dining room), showcases, especially dedicated to the works of Émile Gallé or the Daum manufacture, and drawings by Henri Bergé. Among the artists exhibited are Victor Prouvé, Eugène Vallin, Louis Majorelle and Jacques Gruber.
