Planet Ocean Montpellier

Planet Ocean Montpellier is a complex of an aquarium and a planetarium located in the play area of Odysseum in Montpellier. Until April 2018, the aquarium and the planetarium are managed independently: the aquarium is then called Mare Nostrum and the Galileo planetarium. The aquarium section has been open since 15 December 2007. The park is one of the most visited sites of the Hérault with 305,000 visitors in 2010 behind Europark (537,000 visitors) in Vias and the Gellone Abbey in St Guilhem (305 000 visitors).
