Gentioux-Pigerolles war memorial

The monument to the dead of Gentioux, of pacifist inspiration, is located in the commune of Gentioux-Pigerolles in the department of Creuse and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The monument shows a child's fist stretched towards the inscription "Cursed be war", symbolizing pain and revolt after the loss of a father in the First World War. It has been listed as historic monuments since 9 February 1990.
