Massey Museum is a museum of art and history located in the downtown district of Tarbes (canton of Tarbes 3), department of Hautes-Pyrénées in the Occitan region. The museum reopened in 2012, over 1,000 m2, after a complete renovation of the building and the restructuring of its collections, to adapt them to a modern museum trail, designed to meet the current requirements of conservation and presentation of public collections. The course takes place on the first two levels where two of the museum's major collections are presented: the historical collection of the hussards and the fine arts collection. The museum also manages several other places in the city of Tarbes:

the home of Marshal Foch, a beautiful house of the Bigourdan style, in the historical district, purchased by the State, whose property was transferred to the city of Tarbes in 2008.
