The Laon Museum of Art and Archaeology is the main museum in the city of Laon. Created in 1861, it has been installed since 1891 in the former Templars Commandory, whose chapel dates back to the 12th century. It is labeled museum of France. The museum presents regional and Mediterranean archaeology collections as well as fine arts collections.
