Pont en Royans's Water Museum

The Musée de l'eau de Pont-en-Royans is a museum located in the commune of Pont-en-Royans in Isère, in the south Gresivaudan halfway between Grenoble and Valencia. The choice of this municipality to host this water site is not due to chance. Indeed, the Bourne which crosses the village alone brings together two thirds of the water of the Vercors.

In this context, it was decided to install this water museum in order to make the public aware that water is a global issue. Thus, on nearly 4,000 m2, the museum offers visitors to rediscover this natural resource, which is sometimes mistreated by man and is indispensable for his survival through an interactive, playful and educational museum.
