Musée de l'Echevinage

The Musée de l'Échevinage is one of the main museums of the city of Saintes, in the department of Charente-Maritime, France. In the former "Maison de l'Échevinage", the seat of communal power under the former regime, the museum houses collections of paintings dating mainly from the 19th century and a series of porcelains of Sèvres. It is the only museum dedicated to Fine Arts.

The Museum of the Presidual became a workshop for the conservation and reserves of the fine arts. It has not been open to the public since October 2009.
