The Museum of the City presents the history of the territory of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, an agglomeration composed of 12 communes, whose history is mainly marked by its urbanization carried out as part of the creation of a new city in the second part of the twentieth century. Museum of France, its collections of objects, furniture and clothing evoke the lifestyles of everyday life. The documentary collections present the history, urban planning and architecture of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. The Musée de la ville is an intercommunal establishment located in the town of Montigny-le-Bretonneux within MUMED.
