The Alésia MuseoPark is a site development project on the site of the Battle of Alésia, a decisive battle of the Gauls' War where several tens of thousands of soldiers of the Roman army of Julius Caesar and hundreds of thousands of men of the Gaulish coalition of Vercingetorix were confronted in 52 BC. Located in Alise-Sainte-Reine in Côte-d'Or in Burgundy-Franche-Comté, owned by the Côte-d'Or department, responsible for the building and collections, it is entrusted as a public service delegation to a local public company called MuséoParc Alésia.
