Mère Église en Dévoluy

The Gicons Chapel, better known as Mother Church, is a Romanesque church of the 11th and 12th centuries, located near the village of Saint-Disdier in the commune of Dévoluy, in the Hautes-Alpes in France. Although left abandoned for long periods, the building is now in good condition, thanks in particular to the work of the association of the friends of Mother Church (AAME) and the involvement of the municipality. It has been classified as historical monuments since 14 March 1927.
