Oppidum de Nages

The oppidum of Nages or oppidum of Castels or oppidum of Saint-Dionisy is located in the valley of the Vaunage, on the commune of Saint-Dionisy, near Nages-et-Solorgues, in the French department of Gard. Occupying Neolithic during the Roman period, the site is one of seven Gallic oppidums that brought together the population of Vaunage in the Iron Age (800-50 B.C.).
