théâtre de la Manufacture
The Théâtre de la Manufacture is a theatre located in Nancy, in the former tobacco factory, with the label of Centre dramatique national (CDN). Implemented in May 1986 by Henri Degoutin as "Comédie de Lorraine", he was directed by Anne Delbée from 1987 to 1991, Charles Tordjman from 1992 to 2010, Michel Didym from 2010 to 2021. Since 1 January 2021, he has been directed by director Julia Vidit. This theatre has three theatres:
the Large Hall of 354 seats since the 2011 renovation; La Fabrique, a small modular 90-seat room since the renovation of 2023; The rehearsal room. The Théâtre de la Manufacture is a creative house open to artists, a place for making theatrical works accessible to all audiences from 7 years old. In parallel with the programming in theatre, the CDN is deploying roaming shows on the Métropole and the Department.
