Viaduc des Eaux-salées

The Viaduct des Eaux-salées, is a railway bridge, from the Miramas line to the Estaque by Port-de-Bouc. Located on the border between the municipalities of Carry-le-Rouet to the west and Ensuès-la-Redonne to the east, it crosses the south end of the valley of Graffiane, on the edge of the sea, at a point where salt springs exist, which gave its name to the nearby beach and then to the bridge. The beach of Les Eaux-Salées and its viaduct are a popular promenade, it is accessed, only on foot, from Carry-le-Rouet by the beach of Rouet, or Ensuès-la-Redonne by the madrague of Gignac.
