The Velay Express, formerly known as the Velay Railways (VFV), is a historical and tourist railway located in the Haute-Loire and Ardèche departments. It is managed by the association VFV, with the status law of 1901, which circulates tourist trains on the line, metrically, from Raucoules-Brossette to Saint-Agrève, section of the former network of Vivarais, in Auvergne. The line was previously operated until Dunières, but the latter section was closed in 2015.
