About

Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativity Church is a parish Catholic church located in La Neuville-en-Hez, Oise department, in the Hauts-de-France region of France. Its oldest part is the Romanesque bell tower, which dates from about 1140. The large arcades of the nave and to the north and south of the base of the bell tower are not much more recent, but already Gothic style.

However, it is the flamboyant Gothic style that dominates inside the church. The choir with its apse with cut strips and its two sides were built in this style at the edge of the 15th and 16th century, and then the base of the bell tower was redesigned in the same style. More than two centuries later, while classical architecture reigns as mistress, the nave and the lower side are rebuilt in the flamboyant style, except the western facade, which only displays the classic style.

The church was listed as a historical monument by order of April 2, 1927. It has an interesting furniture that is largely prior to the French Revolution.
