église Saint-Léger d'Ansacq
Saint Lucian Church is a parish Catholic church located in Ansacq, Oise commune. It follows a cruciform plan reduced to its simplest expression, and unites a Romanesque nave with a transept and a primitive Gothic-style choir, however the southern crusillon was rebuilt entirely in the flamboyant period. There are no downsides and no real bell tower, and the small frame bell tower above the cross of the transept has no bell.
Apart from the flamboyant bays of the side walls of the southern crusillon and the bedside, and the remains of multiple transformations of the openings, the only remarkable element of the church is its monumental Romanesque portal. It is characterized by a triple archvolte surmounted by two friezes and richly decorated with various motifs, both in the voussures, on the capitals and on the piedroits. The nave is covered by false plaster vaults, while transept and chorus are vaulted on cross of warheads.
They signal themselves by their careful construction. The church has been listed as historic monuments since 2 April 1927.
