The Fresque mural in homage to the victims of May 1967 is a monument of the 21st century, created by the visual artist Philippe Laurent (d). Set up in front of Nestor-de-Kermadec College, rue Dubouchage in Pointe-à-Pitre, capital of Guadeloupe (France), the fresco is located close to the places where the tragic events it commemorates took place: the massacres of May 1967.
