The church of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption is built in the commune of Rochepaule, department of Ardèche in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Its neo-roman style architecture is the work of architects Louis Besset, Emmanuel Vitou, André Devys both from Annonay and entrepreneur Pierre Lafon. The building is located in the heart of the hamlet of La Chapelle-sous-Rochepaule.
