Made obsolete after the war, it was rebuilt about 100 metres from the original site, and was inaugurated in 1957. He was renamed by the municipal council of Lorient in September 1993 as the Yves Allainmat stadium in tribute to this former mayor of Lorient and MP who died a few months earlier.
