Château de La Villaumaire

The Château de La Villaumaire is a French castle, located in the commune of Huismes in the Veron in Indre-et-Loire, in the heart of the regional natural park "Loire Anjou Touraine". It was built on Gallo-Roman bases (the term "Villaumaire" came from the Latin "Villa Majoris" which means "main farm"), mainly in the 15th century, with changes and additions in the 17th and 19th centuries.
