musée départemental de préhistoire de Solutré
The Solutré Prehistory Museum is a museum located in the municipality of Solutré-Pouilly (Saône-et-Loire, France). The museum presents on the premises of their discoveries the collections of this site as well as models that reconstruct hunting scenes and temporary exhibitions on topics related to archaeology, prehistory or ethnography, and which more recently integrate contemporary art. The Museum of Prehistory presents the collections from one of the largest prehistoric deposits in Europe, Solutré, which gave its name to an archaeological culture, the Soluterean.
