The Protestant temple Saint-Jacques de Mazamet is a place of worship located on Rue Saint-Jacques in the municipality of Mazamet, in the department of Tarn. The parish is a member of the United Protestant Church of France.

Under the Old Regime: During the Renaissance, the Protestant Reformation spread throughout the region, which preserves the memory of the Albige crusade against the Cathars. On 20 February 1563 a pastor, Antoine Roussel, was appointed. In 1571, the first meeting place was rue du Galinier, then in 1577 rue de la Nogarède. The temple was destroyed in 1685 by the edict of Fontainebleau revoking the edict of Nantes. The Saint-Sauveur church of Mazamet is built with the stones of the first Protestant temple.
