The museum of naval aeronautics, located on the site of the former naval aeronautics base in Rochefort in the department of Charente-Maritime (New Aquitaine region), is dedicated to French aeronautics. It has 35 aircraft (airplanes, seaplanes, gliders, helicopters), also with engine bursts and 1,500 models.
